Sea Fox is officially back on land, and can now be referred to as Red Fox again! We're all very happy to have him home! Nana Fox made a delicious ham dinner for us last night, so Red Fox had a good welcome-home meal. He's already on the go this morning, out to visit Silver Fox.
I didn't post a training update for this past week, because I didn't run at all. I wanted to give me knee/hip a little rest and some time to get stronger. I ran a quick 2.5k on Monday, and will try a 5k later today.
Molly dog has some serious itching going on. Her neck is all red and she's been scratching and scratching. She also has a spot in her ear that looks all irritated. I'm calling the vet in a few minutes.
